GREAT SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE. MY WIFE WAS COLD AND THE STORE MANAGER PUT THE HEATING ON AND OFFERED HER VA CUP OF TEA

Wonderful knowledgeable staff, offered beverages and given good information. For me, the only reason to mark it down is that there were some products that were clearly not amazing quality but appreciate that you need to cater for all price categories.

James served us and showed incredible patience and understanding, given the amount of time that we spent making a decision and changing our minds - at 5pm on a Saturday afternoon!! He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and quickly understood from what we said to him which mattresses to direct us to look at and try out. James was able to make suggestions based on his own use of some if the duvets in store which really helped our decision making. He also identified additional items (pillows) that might be of use to us that had recently been discounted. Excellent service. Thank you James!

HAving already purchased a mattress for myself a few years back, I returned to buy 2 new beds and mattresses for my children

Made very welcome by a friendly, knowledgeable member of staff who was extremely helpful and not "pushy" at all. Found the store to be clean, tidy and well laid out with a wide selection of products at competitive prices. Delivery arranged for four weeks time which is satisfactory for me. Would certainly visit again and recommend to others.

Found the service useful and informative and not to intimidating

The store manager was highly trained, knowledgable and informative and was not pushy at all, giving us space to re try mattresses in our own time, he did rush us or place pressure on us to buy there and then, though we did. If he had been pressuring us, would have walked away. Even provided tea/water. He was very helpful and professional. A pleasure in this day and age to receive very good professional service.
