James the store manager gave us very good service. He was very helpful & knowledgable & knew his stock well.

Great customer service. We were shown products that suited our needs and given time to browse independently. The children were offered colouring to keep them entertained! James was friendly with good product knowledge.

The guy in the newbury shop that helped us was great. Friendly and informative, just really helpful as we did not have a clue. He explained everything well and couldnt have been more helpful

I was highly satisfied as I had already visited the store in the morning and the assistant went through several options with me and was very patient as I am one of those people who cannot make my mind up straight away. I spent a lot of time trying all the mattresses out until I got it down to 2. By that time I had a phone call and had to leave but told the assistant that I would be back later in the afternoon. It was about 6.30pm at night and I knew that the store was closing at 7 pm. When I arrived at the store I was met by a wonderful gentlemen called James who was the store manager. He came over straight away and asked if he could help me. I then could not make up my mind over the 2 mattresses that I saw in the morning. With that in mind he was very patient and went through which one he considered the best. I then wanted to purchase some pillows and other stuff. I realised by then that the time was clocking on to 7pm and I apologised for taking so long to decide. I did say that I could call back the next day. I was feeling bad that his partner was just coming out of surgery that night. He was so professional in his work that he saw the sale to the end and sold me more things. 5*

Oliver was extremely helpful and guided us to not only the best mattress but the best deal for us.

I was helped to find the product i required by looking up the order made by my daughter a year ago, the staff member took me to the product to make sure I'd made the correct order, he was very polite and helpful.

Efficient service overall, correct balance of help and browsing. And the team were not difficult over our 3 children who attended and enjoyed joining in trying the beds. Easy to understand features and benefits, and category of mattresses in store worked well. It helped we intended to buy a new mattress today.
