Ollie, the sales assistant who looked after us, was very friendly, very helpful and very knowledgeable; he was also really good with our two young children (aged 6 and 2), who might otherwise have been disruptive - our youngest got upset at one stage and Ollie found a big cuddly bear from the store for him to play with, which was brilliant! I can't fault the service he provided - well done Ollie!

Greeted very pleasantly on first visit and then after showing us the product we were looking for leaving us time to decide and discuss. We then returned the following day once again greeted very pleasantly and our order taken.

James was very helpful and took us to see what we wanted and helped us (in our our time) make our purchase. He was very friendly and was well informed in the products. He offered a coffee/tea while we looks at different beds. Explained the differences in the different beds and allowed time for us to try. The ordering process was hassle free and was explained at all stages. Thanks James!

Our store rep Nahun was very friendly and supportive as soon as we entered the store, and made us feel very comfortable, even offering us tea/coffee. He was very helpful with regards to guiding us to find the mattress which we thought was most comfortable, while giving good advice of the different products that your company offers, for example explaining the thermal benefits of 'actigel' (as we explained to him, one of us gets very hot at night and the other not!) and how this could help us as opposed to memory foam, which we have found not to be helpful in the past. He was also very helpful in explaining the different payment methods and credit options that you offer. He made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience, and we left feeling very happy with not only our purchase, but the way we had been treated. We were also very pleased and impressed to find out that you offer a recycling service for old mattresses, and we would have used this if the delivery date was sooner.

We were looking for a new bed and mattress. The Sales Assistant Oliver?? was attentive and helpful. My wife has specific needs related to her disability, which were considered and resolved at the time. There is no lift access to the mezzanine floor level which was a problem, but it was possible to view the products on that level via a large screen. Ultimately everything we purchased was available to view on the ground floor so accessibility was not such a great problem, but the company should consider installing a disabled access lift.

The colleagues that helped us was very knowledgeable amd also gave us the time to decide without being pressured but he was also available if we had more questions. James at the Newbury store was brilliant
