jAMES THE STORE MANAGER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ACCOMODATING WHEN I FIRST WENT IN ON SATURDAY. HE ADVISED ME TO BRING IN MY WIFE TO TRY OUT THE BEDS I CHOSE. ON MONDAY WE BOTH WENT IN TOGETHER. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO PURCHASE. WE CHOSE A COMBINATION OF DIFFERENT BASE, MATTRESS AND HEADBOARD. jAMES WAS VERY HELPFUL THE WHOLE PURCHASE PROCESS WAS VERY SMOOTH

As soon as we entered the store we were offered assistance. The assistant was helpful, polite and knowledgable, he showed mo sign that he needed us to hurry up, he made us a cup of tea and allowed us plenty of time to try the different mattresses and make our selection. The order process was pain-free and easy. Our whole experience in the store was pleasant and went how we would have liked. We would definitely use this store again, and recommend it to others.

James was very informative and helpful about the products but not overly persistent. He also explained the colour coding in the showroom and the information displayed with the products.

Nahum was extremely helpful in helping us pick our next matress and bed.

Excellent service delivery on time

The Store Manager, James, served us and he was so knowledgeable. He made sure we were comfortable with the heating and offered us a dream. He made choosing the bed so much easier.

James was very helpful in recommending a mattress fitted to my needs. I was recommended the anti allergy mattress topper due to having loads of allergies. He explained thoroughly about the product and even showed me how sturdy the bed frame was. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and was brilliant with any questions we had.

Ollie the sales person was excellent. Gave us time and answered all questions very well
