Good choice, well displayed items.

We were shopping for four beds in total as we are refurbishing a new house. We were given expert help by the store manager and we were very pleased with the beds we bought and by the option of paying with interest free credit. We were given lots of advice about the best bed and mattress options and information about delivery of the product.

James was extremely helpful, friendly not pushy in anyway but gave examples of type of mattress we liked as well as alternatives we might like. Even made us a good cup of tea! 😋

I explained to the Sales Assistant (James) what I was looking for and he was able to show us a range of mattresses starting below our requirements on up to more than our requirements. This made it very easy to choose the mattress that suited our requirements.

We had plenty of time and space in store to choose .then we were served with politeness and speed , excellent .

The staff member approached me and offered help but wasn't pushy. I was given options and advise but not pushed in any direction. He was very helpful throughout inluding arranging delivery and explaining if I needed to reschedule. A very pleasant person

James Was very professional to us, explained all of the benefits of the Flaxby range 8500 / 1200. We were given time to test the beds at a leisurely pace… no buy-now pressure. I returned a few weeks later to confirm the order, also helpful with the delivery date. Clive Sanders
