Dreams - Newbury

My husband and I found this store spotlessly clean which impressed us. Samantha was very helpful and explained everything well. We went through the test bed and the computer came up with three mattresses to try. Samantha showed us all three mattresses and explained the pros and cons of each one. We ended up buying one mattress plus two pillows. Samantha was very efficient and experienced in her knowledge.

Great customer service that was informative without pressure.

We came into store to look for a bed for our 8 year old daughter. Michelle met us as we came in, listened to our requirements and made the whole process a really nice experience. My husband wasn’t sure before arrival about our daughter lying on the beds to try them, but then Michelle brought our a pillow with a protective cover on it, which put me and my husband at ease with allowing our daughter to try the beds. Michelle showed us a number of beds, explained the differences to us and was able to answer our questions confidently. Michelle also offered us water and gave us time to discuss which bed to chose overall on our own, but stayed available to answer questions if we had any more.

Michelle who attended me was super friendly, highly knowledgeable on products and so helpful. I couldn't find fault in anything she did or the store.

Bethany, the shop assistant was fantastically efficient and also had terrific product knowledge. She was very impressive!

Sammy made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped through the door and did not pressure us to make a purchase. We slept on it and returned the following day.

First class customer service

From the moment we entered the shop we were greeted by a very friendly member of staff and asked what we were after. (Michelle in the Newbury branch). She was very helpful and knowledgeable, but never pushy or hovering over us. We were given time to look around on our own, and every question was answered confidently. We decided to go away and have a think overnight (we also needed to look at different bed frames online). Michelle was happy to give us a quote for the mattress and said to come back the following day when we had decided. She informed us she would not be in store but said one of her colleagues would look after us. There was never any pressure at all to purchase on the day. We returned the next day and were looked after by another lady. We placed the order with her. Delivery is expected seven days after ordering.
