The salesman was very helpful and knowledgable and make the purchase process very simple

We were attended by the store Manager James. He was knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy.

James was absolutely brilliant. We were replacing a marital bed for a recent widow and he was sympathetic and patient and she is delighted with her choice and excited about it’s delivery.

Ollie gave us all the information we asked for and then the time alone to process it. We didn't feel under pressure at all.

Very friendly staff and service. Nahurm was very helpful and was refreshing not to have someone try to sell you the most expencive item in the store.

The Store Manager gave me sufficient time to browse without interfering. I was offered the opportunity to take out cover on the mattress and was also offered a slight discount on the normal rate a customer would pay.

The visit was easy, quick and efficient. We found the product we needed quickly and easily. The staff were friendly and courteous.
