Assistant very helpful and knowledgeable. Talked us through all the options but also gave us plenty of time to try things out and make up our mind. No hard sale.

We were helped by a friendly and knowledgeable assistant who demonstrated good product knowledge but was not pushy. He pointed out additional items like headboards and drawers and made an effort to understand our requirements.

Helpful service but not over pushy (cannot bear being pestered whilst browsing) found what we wanted all in stock and short delivery time.

James was so helpful when we were choosing the right mattress. We were given plenty of advise, he really listened to what we were saying and what we thought we liked and gave us options in comfort and price. We were given plenty of time and space to make our decision without feeling pressured, same when it came to the additional insurances etc. That were offered. His colleague who was also in the shop at the the time was also very friendly and helpful (apologies we didn’t catch your name!)

It was a good visit and a seamless experience. Plenty of choice, professionally explained by a very knowledgeable assistant. Processing of subsequent order was done in a pleasant/friendly manner, again by Ollie. We left feeling we had made a good choice and enjoyed the experience.

The staff member was knowledgeable about the products - and gave us a range of options to try for our sleeping needs (which were quite complex). The price was good too.
