Ollie was extremely helpful to us while we could not decide on everything. His product knowledge was brilliant and helped immensely while we made our choices.

From the moment i went id the door Craig was there to offer me a helping hand as i didnt have a clue what i needed he talked through the benefits of the different types of beds and also showed me all the offers that were on offer in store he was a star he also offered me a drink a very plesant person and a lovely afternoon shopping i will go back for sure Thank you Dreams

Staff knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for. Showed us various options and left us on our own for ample enough time to make up our own minds. Not pushy or leaning towards a certain product.

We were served by the store manager James who was friendly and efficient with excellent product knowledge. There was a good range of product from which to choose well supported by knowledgeable advice. Coffee was good too.

Ollie the sales assistant knew his subject and kept an eye on us, always ready to answer our questions and point out alternatives to help in our selection of a mattress. He always looked busy keeping the store tidy, but he still plenty time to also reassured us, helping us to relax and enjoy the comforts of the stock. Before entering the store we believed we would have a long and stressful time making our selection of such a vital part of our home. Ollie's guidance made that choice both quick and easy, seeing this he still did not rush us but made sure we had seen the whole range and where confident in our final selection

The staff were so accommodating and made us feel very welcome. We had to bring our three young children along which isn’t ideal but we were made to feel very comfortable. all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help and advice us. (I had lots of silly little questions.) We were predominantly served by Craig and he couldn’t have been better.

We visited Dreams with the intention to buy a Tempur mattress. We were greeted promptly and directed to the Tempur area. The Sales guy, James, had a chat with us to understand our needs and wants. James was keen for us to try all of the options available, pointing out the benifits and drawbacks of each mattress. James was very knowledgable about the products, without being a 'pushy' salesman or telling us what he thought we wanted to hear. I do a bit of work with interactive computor stuff myself, so when the 'sleep pod' didn't work, I knew exactly how James must have felt! All in all, this was the most expencive purchase that I will make this year, James handled the whole process honestly and professionaly; I still don't feel like I've been robbed! Thanks for looking after us and for the coffee! Well done.

Oliver, the sales assistant, was attentive, knew the products really well and was not at all pushy. In fact he encouraged me to take my time with the purchase which was refreshing. Oliver, together with the quality of the product is the reason I made my purchase.
