The assistant was knowledgeable and showed me exactly the types of bed I wanted to see. He offered the time to try out the bed and didn't rush me. If only service was like that everywhere you go.

Assistance offered on arrival, but not over the top. Allowed time to browse and offered a cup of tea which was very welcome. Further assistance then offered and questions answered when needed.

Craig 097 from the Newbury store was very helpful and efficient. He made the buying experience very pleasant. The Delivery team also were very efficient and helpful. This has been the best buying and delivery experience for any product I have bought. From first walking in the shop and the service from Craig to the delivery by Mark and the other man with him it has been very efficiently carried out. It has been so nice to have no stress over the buying or delivery of the mattress. I found it very usefull to be able to track when my order would be coming.

Nice clean store, well laid out & easy to get around. the salesman Nahum was very polite, helpful and in know way tried to push me to buy, he was very knowledgeable about all the products I enquired about, when it came to purchasing the bed he was very efficient & explained everything in detail, as we were leaving the other members of staff said good bye & again was very polite, yes highly recommend the salesperson and the store.

Me and my girlfriend were treated very well by Craig in the Newbury store. We had coffee and he found the perfect mattress for us. Very polite and knowledgeable of the products and services that dreams provide. We have to get the kids beds next so we will definitely be back Thanks
