This was my first visit to the Newbury branch of Dreams (A neighbour recommended I give you a try, as they'd previously bought from you, and were impressed by the overall customer service) My reason for visiting you was to purchase a new single mattress for the spare room. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by a pleasant man named Nahum. He showed me the various designs available (I have to say I was surprised at the relatively cheap prices, for what I'd consider "High End" mattresses, which you'd expect to have to pay a far higher price. Once I'd made the decision to buy one, Nahum offered to make me a cup of tea before we dealt with the paperwork (although I declined the drink, it was still nice to have been asked !) To sum it up, I was impressed with every aspect of the store, and would certainly be happy to visit you again in the future. Thanks very much, and keep up the good work !!

Great service, love the option to return the mattress if not right for me. Staff very friendly and showed me straight to the type of bed I wanted and explained my options within that category.
