Sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us space to look around but was easy to find when we needed help

The young man engaged with us even though we really only went into the store to make sure that the bed we had chosen (from another, independant store) was good value. He was not pushy but made us feel comfortable and gave us good advice whilst appearing to care that we proceeded with the bed that would suit us. He had humour (but not silly!) and found different prices for items which we could mix and match. We were amazed at the comfort of the bed he suggested and cleverly when we said we were going to have a coffee to think about our decision he suggested he made us a coffe and we sat on the bed of our choice.....of course we decided to buy the bed! The rest of the purchase was easily dealt with and we bought bedding as well. We were feeling so pleased that we also purchase a book for the charity which was being offered on his desk!

James the sales man was very easy to talk to and get along with and we didn't feel he was at all pushy or trying to up our sale as some other shops have done. He listened to our needs and sold us the product we wanted. We were given a cup of tea and had all of our options clearly explained to us so that we could make an informed decision. Also the quality of the mattress we bought far exceeds anything else we have found elsewhere.

James was very helpful. He greeted me as soon as I came into the store and answered every question I had. He demonstrated every bed I asked about. He then put the order through very efficiently and was very friendly.

It was our second visit in a week and in that time an extra 20% came off our order
