Whole experience perfect. Pleasant young assistant, knowing his job. Delivery exactly as promised also delivery staff very good. They even removed their shoes at the door. Better trained than my own family!!

We were offered assistance on entering the store, we never felt under any pressure, but had all the help we required. We were offered a drink which we were very grateful for. We would like to thank Nathan.

The assistant was very friendly and helpful but not at all patronising. He knew the product well and was able to answer all my questions. Very impressed.

We made two visits to Dreams - one as a initial look and then the second time to order the bed. Luckily for us, the price of the bed we were looking at had come down by £300 since our first visit (we had been given a quote at that time). The only thing we hadn't been told was that there is a choice on the slats but there is extra to pay if we had the sprung slats.
