We received the immediate and undivided attention of James and he was very patient while we struggled to make a decision The store was spacious and there was a wide range of products on display

Friendly helpful and quick service

I had looked online for the bed I wanted. Online it said my local store did not stock the bed. I went into the store anyway to look at the quality of the beds on display and lo and behold the bed I wanted was on display in the showroom.

The representative (James) was very helpful and pleasant but not pushy. He immediately understood our needs and addressed them without a load of flannel.

James was a very nice bloke, knew when to assist and when to let us browse. Didnt push product down our throat but also was very knowledgeable and knew what we were after.

The salesman James was very helpful and his advice was very good. He gave us plenty of time to trial the mattresses and the process was quick & efficient. Service was excellent as is the mattresses.

Very friendly store manager helped me to find the right bed for me. Satisfied with the customer service and quality of the goods.

We were offered assistance but not pestered or given undue attention. The staff were available for questions but also let us look around at our leisure and weren't applying pressure sales techniques

Ordered bed and metres in store. Find out later at home id ordered wrong one. Sorted in same store next day with no fuss and same delivery date

The man (James who I think was the manager) who served me and my girlfriend was more then happy to explain the different options when buying a mattress as this was the first one we have bought together. He was very friendly and made us both feel very relaxed while looking at the products on offer.
