Dreams - Newbury

We had Michelle from the Newbury store show us round. She was polite but personable so very easy to get along with and have some banter at the same time. We were very impressed with the start of the process where you lay on a bed and have your measurements taken. It gave us a good indication as to what kind of bed we needed. Michelle talked us through the deals they had on the mattress we chose so we were able to get the best deal for our money.

The dreams assistant who served me and my family was very friendly and approachable! She gave me plenty of options from the information we provided and was happy to go the distance to make sure I found what I was looking for as my partner and I were looking for or first bed moving in together!

I was met by a lovely young gentleman who could not have been more helpful he went above and beyond to make sure I made the right choice of mattress to replace my old one my. Bethany was really helpful, she knew the mattresses well and was very knowledgeable. She directed us to the bed that analysed how we sleep and then let’s us try out the beds which were shortlisted. Bethany was very knowledgeable, but also knew the right amount of time to let us explore. We had our two young children with us which can be a challenge but she was quick to find some beanbags and this helped massively to give us the time to make the right decision on our mattress. Bethany offered us drinks and made the whole process easy and smooth. Thank you so much! We couldn’t recommend the service you gave us enough.

We visited the Newbury store twice and the Reading store. The staff listened to what we wanted and suggested several beds. We did the mattress test which was helpful. The guidance was good and clear and the quote and ordering process was quick and easy. I was very pleased with all the staff we met on 3 different visits.
