Iam highly satisfied it had been about 9 years since i was in the newbury branch . so i thought why shop around when i had great service before . As soon as i walked in the nice young lady asked if i would like a cup of tea , where else would you get that ? . She talked me through what stock they had & my options , she was very Helpfull . ON MY ENTERING THE SHOW ROOM YOUR I WAS ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP BY YOUR VERY WELL MANERED YOUNG MAN CRAGE .WHO SHOWED ME AROUND AND ASKED IF I NEW WHAT TYPE OF MATTRESS I REQUIRED. MY REPLY WAS NOT SURE .CRAGE SAID WOULD I LIKE TO LAY ON YOU TEST BED SO THAT HE COULD TELL ME THE SORT OF MATTRESS THAT I WOULD BE THE BEST FOR ME.I WAS IMPRESSED ,I WAS SHOWN 4 TYPES OF MATTRESS WHICH I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH SADLY AT 80 I COULD NOT SPEND THAT SORT OF MONEY ON THE VERY BEST BUT CRAGE EXPLAINED ABOUT EACH MATTRESS WHICH HELPED ME MAKE MY CHOICE .I WAS VERY IMRESSED WITH THE THE SERVICE.

Staff were very attentive, without being pushy with sales tactics. Very helpful and provided detailed assistance with our code of bed and mattress.

Bethany in Newbury branch was amazing. She knows her products really well, has a wonderful approach to customer service, is professional, extremely helpful, patient, humorous, not at all pushy and able to answer any question we had. At no stage did we feel we were only being sold the most expensive product and Bethany showed us the whole range available. She really gave us 110% customer care. PLEASE BE SURE TO THANK HER- she's a huge asset to you company. The delivery was excellent as well- they did everything the email said they would. They called to let us know they were on their way, arrived promptly, were very friendly and proficient in their work. PLEASE THANK THEM BOTH TOO! And our first night's sleep was lovely! Because of Covid, I appreciate many companies have had difficulties, but I also sense it's been an excuse for poor service. That's why everything about buying this mattress has been good. It is simply the best service we've had in a long, long, time. The mattress was expensive, but worth it. This is our third purchase from Dreams and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you everyone involved and please pass on our thanks to a great team. They are all. a credit.
