Richard your assistant was very helpful and didn't pressure us to buy(which I dislike) and left us to come to a decision

The staff were very welcoming, but not pushy. They were informative, helpful and supported us in finding the right bed for us.

Steve very helpful and informative on first visit. Provided lots of information. Rich also very helpful on visit next day when we made the purchase. Never would have considered spending as much as we did on a mattress without the help and information supplied as well as trying out the mattress in store.

Roshan, the gentleman who served us was incredibly kind and relaxed. He talked us through all the styles of beds and what goes into making them. Showed us a selection to try alongside a suitable pillow. He also gave us lots of space to try them out in peace. Excellent knowledge, friendly and very understanding of our situation, (I have an injured back and was quite upset last time). He got us a great deal and wasn't pushy at all. His colleague (sorry I didn't get the name) was also incredibly friendly and understanding. WELL DONE! Great service.

Roshan was very helpful and friendly, he showed us all the products that were available for our comfort needs.

Very pleasent shopping experiance, especially Rich who served us. We felt we were given extremely useful advice and did not feel at all pressured, the welcome cup of coffee was brill.
