Rich greated us within seconds of enetering the store. Ask the right questions to understand our needs, showed us our options within our budget. We used the sleepmatch machine (which was excellent) offered pillows and mattress protectors and enjoyed a cup of tea while confirming our order.

mainly for having the chance to be fitted for the correct bed and the knowledge of the product the assistant seamed to have which I must add kept us in store it was are intention to shop around with Benson bed just across the retail park and numerous other outlets in the area. PS do ask again when we've slept on the bed for a wile

The assistants were very helpful, friendly, without any pressurised selling and certainly knew the products. I was offered coffee and experienced the sleep match machine which resulted in showing me the best beds for me.

The simulator that calculated the best mattress that would suit me was the deal maker for me. I felt like it really helped me make my decision on the mattress that I finally chose. There is a huge selection, and initially I was choosing by price over practicality. But ended up going for a mattress that would actually improve my sleep
