Good overall service and knowledge of products

Roshan, came to greet us as we was browsing around the store, but we wasn’t 100% on what we needed or was looking for. Roshan assisted us showing us the sleep match and found time to show us puns each of the beds to allow us to try them.

We were impressed with the sleep master technology and hope as a result we have selected the right mattress. The assistant was so patient and helpful while we were making our choices, his product knowledge was excellent and he was not at all pushy.

We received prompt attention. Richard, who helped us, was informative and friendly. He,listened well to our our comments about the quality of our sleep and what we hoped for ina new mattress. He talked us through the Sleepmaster experiences and explained the,recommended products. We felt very confident in Richard and hope that the mattress lives up to the expectations that we now have!

We were served by Roshan he was very polite and well mannered and he certainly knew is stuff, my wife has constant back pain and he soon found a mattress to suit her needs and he wasn't pushy at all he was a very nice man and pleasant with it

Martin at the Loughborough branch was very helpful. I am 75 year old lady, bit slow on my feet, he pointed out the lift clearly, took time to speak with us, showed us different mattresses. And took our order, explained everything clearly
