We were greeted by Roshan who took us through every step of the process, he was extremely polite, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy, making the whole process very enjoyable and ensuring we got exactly what we wanted and neeeded.

I have anxiety , so , I’m very indecisive and worried about whether the mattress I was looking at was going to be ok. I explained to Roshan that I was indecisive and he was super helpful, he was patient with me, kind and explained everything about the mattress I was looking for and why it was good for me, he took the time to look at my posture whilst lying on the bed and explain what he was looking for and why.

I was highly satisfied by the use of technology to find the right firmness of bed for me, and was happy that there is the option to change ones mattress if not satisfied.

I was very impressed with the machine that recommends the mattresses for individual needs (I forget the name of it) and also the member of staff was very helpful and pleasant, not at all pushy.

Richard was really knowledgable about the products and took into account all of our needs. He used the sleep machine to guide our mattress choice and answered all of our questions. He helped us to weigh up pros and cons of two different beds without letting the price influence the sale and the range if beds in colours and styles made finding the right bed easy for us

Rich gave us excellent advise for mattress and had lots of patience with my husband as he wanted to try all mattress's, however we were not rushed at all.

Supported through our visit. Advised when needed and also left to look and talk on our own. Used the sleep match to select what type of mattress we need.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable. He listened to our requirements and showed us various options. We went to think about our decision and even when we came back to purchase our items we were looked after by another person until our assistant became available.
