All members of staff were friendly and made you feel welcome in store, without being too pushy, this is one thing that puts me off some shops. When I went back in the store (the week after first visiting) the member of staff that served us on our first visit remembered me, and although he was with other customers made sure another member of staff looked after me by placing the order.

Roshan was extremely attentive and his knowledge of products gave us confidence to buy from him. He offered us a drink everytime we cane to store and made sure he was available if we needed help. Roshan understood our needs and took the time to explain the order process and delivery options. Outstanding customer service!

I went into the shop at last minute due to the sale, I was looking for a mattress for my new flat and have a while until I move in. After testing the different mattresses, a very helpful colleague called Rich gave me all the information I needed and made the delivery and purchasing of the mattress extremely quick and easy. Can't wait to get this mattress as it is so comfortable!
