Friendly greeting upon our arrival. The salesman (Richard) was very cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. I was especially pleased to learn that he was helpful without being pushy. Pushy salesmen are the quickest way to get me out the store. The whole experience was quite enjoyable and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Richard knew exactly what we needed..he had to guide us away from our original plan because it would not have fitted. After looking at several possibilities he made a suggestion that we hadn’t thought of. He guided us towards the better quality version of his idea pointing out that there was no major difference in price. Just hope our experience will remain as good when it is delivered.

Social distancing was easy in store. Masks, hand sanitizer and water available for customers. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable and understood our needs.
