I wasn't sure of mattress size required , the staff spent time with me and ensured that the correct mattress was ordered !!

Assistant very helpful..didn't rush us and spent a lot of time explaining the different mattresses

We came to the store just before it closed and were impressed with how much time the sales assistant put into looking after us. we did not feel pressured or rushed, he really took the time to listen to what we wanted. we didn’t feel pressured to spend more than we could afford either, he listened to what we wanted and gave advise, this was an enjoyable experience all round and would definitely recommend that store.

the sale assistance ( Jason ) was very kind and knowledgeable about all the products , due to having a stroke a few weeks ago and having still some difficulties walking and communicating , he was patient , respectfulness and gave us time to come to our own decision with our purchase even making us a cup of tea , thank you
