I was greeted by staff and showed where they provided mask and gloves for protection. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was helped by staff on bed machine where I could find what sort of mattress I needed. I was shown around the store and wasn’t pressured. I chose the bed that liked.

The store had excellent social distancing and hygiene procedures in place. The staff were all friendly and available to help, it was very organised and felt safe shopping in there. A pleasant experience overall.

We had done our home-work and Dreams was the first shop we went to to trial beds. We had considered splitting our order - frame from one place & matress from another. We were met with a knowledgable team who helped each other out to get us the information we needed quickly. Richard matched our questions without being pushy and we opted to get it all together. Payment and delivery discusions went smoothly and we look forward to getting our products.

The staff where very helpful and extremely friendly. Couldn't be happier with the service. Would definitely come again
