The assistant (Richard) was very polite and helpful. He knew as soon as we explained what we wanted which bed would suit us. Was a bit disappointed about length of delivery (but understand in current climate!).

The minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile & a very well spoken happy salesman. There were hand sanitizers/ anti bac sprays/ bottles of free water, pillow protectors & couch roll all at our dispense ready to find our perfect mattress & pillows to marry.

As soon as we we entered the store we were great by a very friendly member of staff named Richard he explained all the stores PPE equipment offered bottles of water and then proceeded to be as helpful as possible it was the quickest purchase I have made he knew exactly what we needed and was amazing from start to finish.
