Service and assistance was very good, product would appear to be satisfactory but only time will tell, and price was reasonable , overall seems good.

Staff member very helpful. Efficient and straight to the point. Not pushy. Product we liked. Store location, ie not in town on a retail park, so easy, free parking near where we live. Easy to order over the phone. Delivered the next week.

We found Christopher very helpful particularly in explaining each stage as we proceeded with the purchase.Also looking for a colour swatch as I chose a colour not in store and also showed me online. Found the store very clean and pleasant to be in.Good choice of delivery dates to choose from.

Sammi was very friendly and assisted us very professionally. She helped us sort out the type of mattress we required by using your latest machine. She wasn't at all pushy which we appreciated . She left us to get comfortable on the mattresses and we made our mind up ourselves with no forceful salesmanship. She offered us all of the extra options and informed us of their benefits, again not pushing anything on us.

Very friendly and there immediately to assist as soon as we arrived, offered us hot drinks while we tried d various beds. Seemed very knowledgeable about the different products and didn’t get pushy when told about our budget. Great customer service
