Rang to see if I needed an appointment due to covid... nope arrived spoke to Richard who I spoke on the phone. He took me to the bed I wanted, spoke about mattresses and showed those appropriate to what I was asking. Was unsure of 2 he had one other he wanted me to try and that one worked. I had the cover and paper towel to try the beds and was given sanitizer and a bottle of water
