Dreams - Loughborough

"Dreams" have a very good reputation and the store was clean with plenty of PPE, upon entering I was greeted by Roshan (store advisor) who very professional in the way he guided me through the whole process of buying my new mattress and pillows. I was a little disappointed in that there wasnt much choice in mattresses, because I live on a narrow boat I needed a 4' wide mattress, but the one I had looked at online before going to the store was the one I purchased anyway.

Very good customer service at Loughborough store. Assistant was very knowledgeable of products and took the time to listen to what I wanted. Very smiley and positive experience!
