We were given lots of information and shown the sofa bed we were looking for. We were shown how it worked and were able to test it ourselves.

Roshan meeted and greeted us and made us feel welcome. He made us feel at ease from the onset and we didn't feel pressured like we have in other shops. a full and clear explanation on social distancing and cleanliness whilst being in the shop which was greatly appreciated. At no time did we feel rushed and our questions was fully answered and more. Choices and options were given by Roshan and we made a purchase on what we thought suited us. Excellent customer service from “Rohan” at Loughborough store, really polite young man who knew what he was talking about. He didn’t hard sell but gave us recommendations and time to choose.

The assistant Richard was extremely friendly and helped us source the correct mattress for us and the whole process was very easy
