Stepped through the door and an assistant was there to help us and he was very helpful polite and had good knowledge of all are knees

We were greeted on arrival and introduced to the safety precautions. The assistant, Rich, listened to us and what we wanted. We were then shown the sleep test machine and taken to a good selection of products to test. Rich was knowledgable and very good with our two children whose attention spans are short. The pricing was reasonable. However, I would have liked to receive a bit of extra discount to bring home the feeling of great value, especially as I purchased a full bed and mattress package with an extended warranty.

We had been to dreams previously and had done sleep match but we were advised to do it again. Rich was really good and quickly pin pointed the best matresses to suit us! Our visit was made so easy and efficient
