The sales person was very helpful and informative, helped us decide what mattress was best suited to us. He wasn’t pushy in any way which we appreciated as the variance in prices was massive and he didn’t push the most expensive one, it was all about what was right for us.

As soon as I stepped into the store, the store manager was on hand to assist me and walk through all the options available. I was in a difficult situation and needed a mattress right away as my original one, the delivery time had been delayed. Steve told me the delivery options for a mattress, i saw one in stock on in the shop which saved me soo much time. Steve's knowledge and patience was a god send. I had visited a nearby store and they did not compare. Thank you Steve from the Loughborough store
