The service we got from entering the store . We were greeted and everything was explained to us . I knew the bed we wanted so that was easy and the extra 20 percent discount was a bonus too. We was unsure of the mattress we needed as we both have back problems etc so needed a good mattress . We were shown the machine which calculates the different types of mattresses that were suitable for our problem . We were shown the 3 mattresses that were advised and each one was explained to us in depth thanks to Stephen at the Loughborough store . Although our bed frame we choose and was told was in the country a date could not be given for delivery . The whole payment and sale went like clockwork and we were very satisfied with it . All in all good service and friendly staff .

Excellent service provided by the shop assistant, named Sammi. She was knowledgeable on the bed frames available and gave very good advice, understanding just what I wanted. The whole experience I store (Loughborough) was extremely efficient.
