Colleague was knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we needed. Main issue was that we needed a bed ASAP but delivery dates with headboard for bed was nearly a month away. We ended up with an earlier delivery date (2 weeks away) without the headboard. I wish there were more options for delivery dates.

I booked an appointment online so I could have the full experience of selecting the correct mattress,I was greeted by the lovely Richard that talked me through everything and during the COVID 19 everything was at a safe distance and masks,sanitizer and water in bottles were available and also tissue paper to lie on when trying out the mattress
