Stephen was welcoming and friendly. We felt save and valued. Stephen was also very knowledgable about the products. Loved the computerised bed to recommend a mattress - was sceptical at first but it really seemed to work when we tried the recommendation. Wide choice and excellent service.

The sales representative was proffessional but not pushy. He helped us make what we hope will be a good choice of bed that will last us many years.

The salesman was knowledgable and helpful. It does make a difference. We liked the mattress selecting process (computerised machine) which helped us choose a good mattress.
