Dreams - Loughborough

I was highly satisfied because the staff was very knowledgeable and not pushy and very helpful. They also gave us a drink during our visit and was a nice and pleasant experience.

We knew exactly what we wanted, I phoned up the stores to see if they had the mattress in stock and Sammi (store assistant) was very helpful. We went straight in to purchase it and take it away that very moment. She was quick to getting our product, and was very thorough with any questions we had.

Very easy to buy a mattress. The machine to measure sleeping position etc was helpful in reducing the recommended options. Jason was very helpful, not pushy, friendly, spot on.

We were looked after by Samantha at the Loughborough store she was very knowledgable polite and helpful we were really treated properly as if we were friends I only hope the mattress we ordered is as good as it felt in store. I would have no hesitation in shopping at that store in the future

Jason in the Loughborough store was excellent. We did a test on the bed in store so that he could recommend the best bed to us. He made a lovely mug of tea and coffee for us while the bed test happened. He showed us different types of mattresses we would have never chosen the one we ended with, if we did it ourselves.

We were serve by a very helpful gentleman called Christopher. I enabled myself and my daughter to try the new mattress matcher (which was brilliant) , and gave us time to try out the recommendations with a carefully selected pillow. He made sure the selection of mattresses were in my budget, which i increased based on my request for an a possible alternative to my daughters preferred matress. It was more expensive, but worth it! The purchase of the mattress, and accessories was easy, and i was able to choose a convenient delivery date. Overall, I was very pleased with the high level of service and support both myself and my daughter received from Christopher. I felt like i got exactly what i went there for. I’d recommend Dreams to anyone!!!
