From the minute we entered the store, we felt safe and valued. Alex understood my difficulties and was very positive that we could resolve my problems. The mattress analysis was simple to understand. She gave me 4 different mattresses to try. Although I was spending a lot of money, I felt that it was good value throughout. All members of staff asked if I was okay and if I was being looked after. Exceptional service.
