During my visit to the Loughborough store I was warmly welcomed into the store by a very friendly knowledgeable member of staff Nirali. At no point was she pushy and she took the time to speak to us to really work out the best options on beds and mattresses for myself and my wife. We felt very comfortable, extremely happy with the service and Nirali was very patient with us even with my 2 year old boy well just being a 2 year old! She also took the time to make my son feel comfortable by playing nursery songs to keep him occupied. Nirali is an excellent sales person and is an asset to the company. Thanks again for all your help and for looking after us. We are very much looking forward to receiving our new bed.

The mattress machine to help pick mattress was really good, the chap who served us also was very good
