Steve staff member was very good he explained everything to us about each bed we tried out. We soon found our perfect mattress with him. The ordering process was quick and delivery time was just over a week which is great. We were given a bottle of water whilst we did the ordering. Overall we couldn’t fault the service we received and would definitely recommend Dreams @ Loughborough to family and friends. Thank you.

Greeted by salesman but left alone to browse. He was available for any queries we had.

The man who served us George was very helpful kind and knowledgeable. He took his time going through what we were looking for and did the mattress test.

Visiting the store was a lovely experience, members of staff were friendly and professional and very knowledgeable with the products we wished to look at. No pressure with products just honest advice which was very welcome. Jason was most helpful with products and Covid procedures were strictly followed giving us a sense of safety. Everything went very smoothly with help and advice throughout.
