When we entered the store we were given time after we cleansed our hands. We were met by a gentleman called George who certainly knew his stuff, he took us over to a ‘magic’ bed to work out which type of bed would be best for me. In the end we chose a bed but a different mattress. After the paperwork was done we felt very satisfied with our visit.

Met by Jason at the door, used sleep machine. Taken to three types of mattress on the list and then to one other which was perfect. Did not feel rushed, plenty of time to choose.

The store assistant was what made our experience great. Very helpful and gave us time. Not pushy and helped us to find what we were looking for. We also liked the dream bed finder machine that matched our ideal bed.
