Very good service from staff (Stephen). Everything was explained well and was never too pushy. He was very personable and helpfull. The products were describes well and in detail including construction. The purchasing process was very easy and quick. We were offered drinks while ordering and the add ons were explained well.

Jason, came over very quickly, showed us a range of mattresses, expensive and cheaper and explained the differences.

All the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with all of our questions we asked.

Jason was particularly helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. We were given support to help us reach a decision on our mattress selection and felt that he had taken the time to fully understand our needs.

From arrival we’re greeted promptly friendly and professionally and knowledgable about product

Richard was fantastic at getting to understand our needs. He was honest, listened and gave credible advice. He obviously knows the product inside out. He made us laugh - and addressed both my husband and I equally (something that even in this day and age doesn’t always happen) Service was thorough but prompt and we liked him immediately.

So friendly as soon as we came in didn’t pressure us when we was looking helps as best as they could

We visited the Loughborough Dreams store on 8th January. And was greeted by Richard. Richard was really informative around the COVID regulations and was very helpful and knowledgeable in what we where looking for. We wanted to purchase a new mattress. Richard set us up on the analysis machine. Which we where very impressed with and enjoyed the experience - the only negative I would say is I felt very exposed. The positioning of the analysis machine was right in the view of the door. I did feel a little self conscious. Maybe this would be better suited in a private room? We were then given the opportunity to try some mattresses best suited to us. Richard explained the key qualities of each mattress we tried and also gave us some pillows to try which would aid with neck pain, which is suffer from. Richard gave us time and space to decide what we wanted to pick and explained the finance option to us. Overall we were very impressed with the store. And very impressed with Richard’s customer service. Thank you for making it a lovely visit. We are looking forward to our mattress arriving.
