From entering the door we was met straight away, the salesman came up to us and helped as much as he could very professional, .

The sales person was very good and understood our requirements and pointed us to the products we required

We received a warm welcome as soon as we entered the store. Two members of staff helped us to select a bed frame and a suitable mattress. Both members of staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and we didn’t feel pressured into buying anything.

The young man that showed us round was so helpful. He made sure we tried a few mattresses to make sure we were happy with our choice. He also made us a drink why we waited to place our order and pay

Rich(ard) was really knowledgeable and helpful, an excellent salesman. He spent the right amount of time with us without ever making us feel pressured. We were listened to and he tailored the options he showed us based on what we were looking for, not what he wanted to sell. Overall it was a really pleasant experience.

Staff awsome. Very helpful honest and friendly. Product knowledge very good.

Stephen was excellent at his job answered all the questions we asked him he made us feel good at trying the new technology to see what bed we needed and showed us the appropriate bed we should try and in doing so we choose an excellent bed and are looking forward for it to be delivered.Thankyou to the Dream store in Loughborough.

There was a large range of bedheads to choose from and although the staff were extremely busy they still had time to tell us about the goods.

I have put Highly Satisfied because the staffs was very friendly and quick and offer you drink and thay were quick on the phone as well.
