Very impressed with technology choosing the right mattress for us. Assistant very helpful but gave us time on our own to decide.

I found the item online. Phoned the nearest store as to weather it was on display in store too see it. It tick all the boxes online but prefer a physical check to confirm. Went to the store where we were met and taken for a look and exam. Satisfied and proceeded to purchase it.

Entire process was seamless and unrushed.

Myself and my dad went in to but a new headboard for my mum and dad's bed due to a change of decor. We were shown the product and decided on the fabric and colour we wanted and then we were taken through the ordering process. It was quick and hassle free.

Thought Steve listened and was extremely helpful. The bed where you tested what kind of mattress you should have was novel. Speed to arrange delivery was great.
