The first shop assistant I spoke to was a man (think his name was andy but could be mistaken ) he was uninterested, unhelpful, abrupt and rude, wasn't interested in my custom at all and walked away from me!! I had to find another colleague to take my order...i regretted visiting the Loughborough store and wished I has returned to the Leicester store and placed my order as they'd actually tried to help me!! Will not return to Loughborough store again.

I was heavily pressurised into buying a bed. I had only gone in to have a brief look. The sales assistant pounced on me and was hard to shake off. I ended placing an order for a bed which I am not sure is even right for me. The price was way over what I might have spent if I hed intended to purchase a bed. On placing the order I was told I had 48 hours to change my mind - it was not made clear to me that I would not be able to cancel. The order was rushed through and the salesman appeared to be in a highly agitated state. Before purchasing I stated that I wanted to leave the store and think about things but the salesman prvented me from leaving by saying that he was going to offer sweeteners to get me to buy. I have tried to cancel but have been unable to. I have spoken to the store manager and customer services and sent an email to Richard King but got no reply. I will never go into a dreams store in future and most certainly will not reccomend them to anyone I know due to agressive salesmanship. This is more of a nightmare than a dream!!!!
