I questioned the delivery cost of £39 and was told that it was because I ordered in store not on line. I then spoke to customer services who reluctantly promised to credit my credit card in 7-10 days. I do not understand why it takes this length of time.

after deciding which bed we wanted to purchase we approached a gentleman to put the order through. At this point we had been approached on arrival to ask if we needed assistance and we politely declined, we were also 'talked at' by another member of staff as she walked past telling us the mattresses were down stairs. So, when we were asked if anyone had helped in our selection we said no. It was at this point the lady that 'talked at us' announced she has 'helped' us. The gentleman serving carried on serving us, but as she persisted he said he was already putting through on her name (the sale). This is when it all got a little ugly in my opinion. As she was not happy with this and marched over to the store manager, he politely came and requested a word with our chap. When they returned......the bickering continued, to the point our sale chap was sent on his way and the manager finished our purchase....which should have been a very simple sale, as we had already decided everything. Needless to say......I was shocked at the inappropriate behaviour by certain members of the team, and for this reason would not return.

Ordered a bed and two cabinets 20th June. Still no delivery date, despite paying in full. Would advise anyone against doing so if they were thinking of shopping at Dreams.

We were satisfied with our bed, however we also purchased pillows as part of the deal. We believed we could have a "cooling off" period in case they didn't meet our needs. This was not made clear. My pillow actually made my problems worse, so contacted the store. They said they could offer nothing. I found this very unhelpful given the discomfort I had been in, plus the fact we paid £198 just for the pillows and nearly £3000 at the store overall. If we had been told that the pillows couldn't be returned then we wouldn't have purchased them. They were also very discreet regarding the price of them as they were added onto the finance agreement

We were dissatisfied as we felt pressured into buying the product on the day with an offer "today only" to find an even bigger discount the day after we had brought the product

When asked about insuting of the matress, we said NO clearly... unfortunately, the insurance was added to total amount. Yes, we were served quick, but now I think I understand why, it looks like seller was trying to cover what he added to toral. After I've spotted mistake, seller said 'oh, really? I'll sort it out for you... ' and he did, but there was no sorry or nothing like that. Overall you're great shop with great products, bit this seller spoiled it :-/

Delivery not as requested goods arrived incomplete and so useless. Replacement promised next week at my inconvenience no apology nothing. Awful customer service dept

no notification of assembly process which meant order had to be amended and affected delivery date. We were not notified of any problem until bed failed to appear on the arranged date
