The actual ordering of the product took a while to go through the system and then the finance system and there was not much discount available for a high price item which had previously been on offer.

Had lots of emails and texts about the delivery of the mattress, then was informed that it couldn’t be delivered on the day but would get a phone call before 7.30 on the delivery day to advise. Now 8am and still no phone call!!!

I spoke to the assistant and said i wanted a mattress to take away, and then was showed the mattresses that were available to take away, and then i picked one and the lady said she would check availability and showed us another mattress that was similar while she checked. It was out of stock and she told us we could order it in and it would take a couple of days, so that seemed fine. So we went through the whole process and bought some extra pillows etc, and then she said delivery is free, and when it came to delivering it, there was no dates for this week so it was set for 9 days time, and baring in mind we wanted to take it away with us, this is not meeting our needs. We have guests staying this weekend and now don't have a mattress.

satisfied with shop and assistance although detest what I call creative accounting,despite that I fell for it. Contact to change was not easy.

Delivery time longer than I wanted. Sales guy was great though

Buying a bed an furniture an still having to pay delivery. It's shameful. Never will I buy from you again. I will be talking to customer services
