I wanted more options of bed frames.

I had bought an eco mattress and spent more than I had anticipated to spend.

Everything was fine, staff helpful, and friendly, we found the bed we needed with their help so satisfied.

Sorting the paper work took a long time.

Average customer service and took too long to complete my order, went online and found a better price for other items I ordered.

Very happy with the staff who served us, but found other staff in the shop to be a little rude. Also slightly shocked to discover that the same bed with a different cover was half price, it would of been nice to be told this in the shop. All this said everything so far has been satisfactory.

The overall experience was very satisfactory the only tiny niggle is that the sales assistant spoke very quickly. It would have been a more relaxed experience if she had slowed down a little giving us more chance to take in the detailed information she was giving us. She obviously knew her stuff and was incredibly helpful.

On the basis that nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement I never give full marks in a survey. However, I did place an order which says something.

The store was uncomfortably warm downstairs and even warmer upstairs despite the staff having turned off the heating

I was very satisfied with my visit to Dreams and would happily retutn again and recommend others to visit the store
