Dreams - Loughborough

My only criticism (and this is very minor ) is that I found the layout of the products a bit confusing. The different bed types were colour coded with pillows and there was some clustering of the same types, there seemed to be other beds dotted around the edges. There is quite a lot to take in in terms of options and this therefore confused me a little (although not a big complaint because the store assistant was so helpful and guided us well).

The staff at the Loughborough store where friendly and courteous.Gave explainations for the bed and mattresses and did not try to fob us off with some thing we did not want.The paperwork was completed without any complicated questions being asked.

I much preferred the Bensons shop - I felt the presentation at the Loughborough store needed improvement. Staff were very good though, especially the gentleman that processed our order, his product knowledge was very good.

I wanted a 4' double bed with mattress and you only had 2 in store and I felt there seemed an intensity for to place an order based on those 2 examples which weren't really what I wanted - I knew other styles were available elsewhere. Maybe your rep was just very keen - The need for my bed was due to a relationship breaking down - I wasn't receptive to sales-pitch, I was trying to quickly get a new home furnished. I got a bed elsewhere, but came back to order a mattress - I felt the paperwork and legal disclaimers were reduculousky overwhelming just for a mattress - but that's not really your fault.

I was satisfied, nothing really wow'ed me about my visit that took it to an exceptionally good experience. Nothing bad.

Everything was fine - expectations were met, not exceeded

Was not fully aware of the delivery charge and surprised at the amount. Also a bit disappointed that it would take 3 weeks to be delivered.

I took a while to find a product that was good enough quality for what I was looking for but once I did, the process was quick, easy and fair.

It took an age to complete the purchase.

It took a while for someone to help us. We left and came back at a later time.
