Very disappointed with large delivery charge especially as online orders are free. Steve explained delivery service from store better as bed taken to room assembled and rubbish removed. this however is not a problem for us and does not cover the charge difference. I would like the option to pick up from store your depot at Wensbury is too far

I think to be 'Highly satisfied' it has to be a superior experience that is second to none. I was simply just satisfied with the experience.

We wanted to buy 2 frame style beds in a small double. Unfortunately you couldn't provide so we had to go elsewhere

The only minor criticism I would have is that, although very helpful and knowledgeable, I felt that the staff were hovering a lot in an almost pushy way.

I had visited dreams after seeing sales adv on TV. Hence, I was expecting reasonable price for the items that I wAnted but after visiting although I bought the times I was suprised with still high price even with the sale offered. Hence, a satisfactory rating given. The the staff and store were very helpful.

Too much choice, pricing confusing, lots of 'add on' costs, delivery, bed protection, bed/mattees takeaway cost. Add on costs not explained until we were actually placing the order. If we had not had assistance I believe we would not have purchased anything.

service etc was great but do not have bed yet so cannot comment on comfort etc
