The item will take longer than I thought it should to be delivered (based on speed of other companies that I have dealt with) and there was little selection of days on which the items could be delivered. this would put me off using Dreams in the future.

I would rarely state highly satisfied with the price of any item I buy, I think satisfied is a fair description!

It was busy and though the staff were friendly and polite, most were otherwise occupied when I started browsing. Though the price of the mattress I chose was favourable, there were suggestions/offers of extending the warranty on the bed, taking a new mattress cover etc. all of which practically wiped out the discount. I realise that this was my choice but I wish I hadn't gone ahead with them. Surely a good mattress should last well enough without an extended guarantee???

When we had decided what product we required, there was a delay in the shop while we waited for a sales person to be available and a computer terminal available to process our order.

I think that highly satisfied suggests that the experience was exempelery and it was good but not exempelery

The mattress I wanted was showing no stock on the screen the man tried ringing up about it but no one was taking his call. This went on for over half an hour. In the end I picked a different mattress which I really didn't want to do but with suffering from a bad back it was imperative I had a new mattress on order that day

We were kept waiting a long time before the order could be placed and the payment details taken. It turned out that there was a problem with the computer server and we were asked to return the following day to complete the transaction. Fortunately, we could come back to do this or the sale would have been lost!
