Limited choice of single bed

when collecting my mattress the assistant completely ignored me to speak to the two people who clearly had more money, then provided the bear minimum of help to load the product on to my car. this is in stark contrast to when i bought the mattress and the assistant (Nina), was incredibly helpful and polite.

I visited this store 4 times before I made a purchase. I felt uncomfortable because there was only me trying the beds out. The assistant was helpful but I really wanted to be left alone to browse. I felt the assistant was pushing me towards the high priced mattresses which were not in my price range. This time there was a female assistant who was very nice, others in the shop trying beds out and she left me alone and actually remembered the mattress I liked which was £300 as opposed to the higher priced items that I felt the make assistant was leading me too.

I was happy with the service given, impressed by the toys available for my toddler to play with whilst in the store and the patience of the person serving us. Bought a bed for my toddler and had to bring him with me but he did keep wandering off and I had to keep chasing him before walked out of the doors which were wide open straight into the car park. There is no option other than to bring my children with me but it is always a bit stressful trying to concentrate on what I am looking for and watching them. I knew what we were after before entering the store which made it a lot easier and just needed to make a few final decisions. It would be easier if there was a contained area or room when making purchases etc on the computer to keep an eye on children.

The choice was slightly limited in style and price bracket.

I would have liked a better discount. The delivery time was not as fast as I would have liked.

The service was good I search on line and went in for a certain item so no real assistance require

Overall very good, with friendly and well informed staff. However the purchasing process was longer than I anticipated, and would have been even without taking on finance. In addition the store layout and pricing strategy was confusing. The order of beds seemed fairly random with regards to firmness within a matress type. I also did not like the colour coding and firmness text.

???? perhaps we are very picky, and spent more than we planned.

I had viewed a white wooden headboard online however when I went into store I was told this product didn't exist. The assistant checked her handheld stock machine which advised her she was correct. We looked round the store and as we were leaving were called back as the assistant had checked online and found it was a newly arrived item, therefore, our request could be fulfilled.
